BD rates them at a 14% flow increase over stock. Buy the complete kit or replace just the side that's cracked.

Features

Cast iron, 0.275" wall - 37.5% thicker than OEM

Solid bolt mounting bosses with no undercut

Steel OEM-style gaskets instead of composite

14% increase in flow (per BD Diesel)

Pre-drilled for a pyrometer (EGT) probe

High-temp corrosion-resistant paint

Replaces OEM F81Z-9431-AA (driver) and F81Z-9430-AA (passenger)

Warranty: 36 months / 75,000 miles (parts)

Fitment

Complete Kit 1041473 - 1999-2003 Ford F-250 to F-550 7.3 Powerstroke

Driver Side 1041471 - 1999-2003 Ford F-250 to F-550 7.3 Powerstroke

Passenger Side 1041472 - 1994-2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke

What's Included

Complete Kit: driver and passenger manifolds, 2 steel gaskets, 2 hardware kits

Single side: one manifold, one steel gasket, one hardware kit

Hardware kit: 8 M10-1.5x60 flanged bolts, 2 M8-1.25 flanged nuts, 2 M8-1.25x60 flanged bolts, 1 NPT plug

Estimated install time is about 5 hours for both sides.
