We're proud to present our 6.7 Powerstroke Ready to Run Engine, we start with a 100% brand new block from Ford, we perform our final machine work, torque plate hone, pinned main bearings, blueprint decked, line honed mains, ready to become the foundation to your power plant. We then add a new genuine Ford crankshaft, we precision tig weld the crank gear in place, to prevent the gear from slipping under heavy loads. All rotating assemblies get balanced to ISO standard in our CWT balancing machine.

We can configure your engine with either 100% new 2020 Ford steel pistons and factory rods, or 2020 steel pistons with Wagler, Carillo. You can also choose from our custom CNC ground billet steel gun drilled camshafts, or a stock 2020 factory Ford camshaft.
The beauty of this engine configuration is that it allows 11-19 6.7 owners to retrofit a 2020 short block into their earlier trucks, the engines come outfitted with the correct oil pan, front cover and turbo to drop right into your truck.
Note - when choosing camshaft, stage 3 and 4 KDD cams will require aluminum pistons only, because of the required valve reliefs. The top ring groove in the factory steel pistons is too high in the piston to machine them for valve reliefs. Call for pricing!
Ready to Run Engines include all standard KDD upgrades and components included in KDD short blocks plus KDD Chromoly Pushrods (32), 100% new Genuine Ford rocker arm assemblies, 100% new genuine ford lifters, 100% new genuine ford cylinder heads, ARP head studs, and a complete Mahle gasket set.
Don't forget to ask about our other "Ready to Run" Complete engine package upgrades with KC Turbo's drop in units, as well complete 2015+ CP4 fuel pump and injectors, or S&S performance injectors. All engines will pass emissions testing, on our chassis dyno, and in smog testing all around the country. KDD is in the early stages of obtaining our EO certification via SEMA/CARB to document the compliance, however we have reasonable basis after performing countless hours of testing in house and with third parties to conclude that the engines meet acceptable emissions standards.
We don't recommend running larger injectors with stock connecting rods. Stock 2015+ turbo retrofit kits are available, or drop in KC turbo kits are available. With Wagler or Carillo Rods, we recommend up to 100% over injectors, which will support well over 1000 hp with proper tuning/responsible driving.
