This handcrafted made in the USA kit features billet components and removes all the fitment / alignment issue headaches that come with other 6.0 T4 kits. This kit will work with any S300 series turbo charger including S362, S363, S364.5, S366, S369 and others. Install is a breeze and all components are clearly labeled.

Complete the package with a Borg Warner turbo charger. Kill Devil Diesel offers turn key packages with everything needed to switch your 6.0 Powerstroke to Non-VGT and improve top end power. These turbos will require custom tuning otherwise will throw CEL error for VGT actuator.
- S362SXE - Stock - 175cc injectors (475 - 525hp)
- S363 / S364.5 - Recommend 175-190cc injectors (550-600hp)
- S366 - Recommend 190-225cc injectors (600-650hp)
- S369 - Recommend 250cc or larger injectors (650+ hp)
Non-VGT turbos will have more top end power and run cooler but you will notice a increase in turbo lag. Proper tuning & injector matching will reduce but not remove turbo lag.
