If you're working on "Bulletproofing" a 6.0L, this kit is another worthwhile piece of the puzzle. The 6.0L Coolant Return Kit helps to eliminate hot spots and coolant puking by improving coolant circulation from the cylinder heads back to the radiator.
This kit includes:
•Both Driver and Passenger Side Return Lines *
•Set of (4) Fittings for Heads and Thermostat Housing
•Hoses are High Quality Braided S.S. Over Teflon with a Protective Covering **
Installation of this kit requires drilling and tapping the cylinder head castings, which can NOT be done with the heads installed on the engine. The ideal time to perform this modification is when the heads have been removed for head gasket/head stud installation.
This kit WILL fit with aftermarket fuel systems (such as our Driven Diesel 6.0L Regulated Return Kit), but proper care must be taken during installation to make sure that the location and angle of the drilled/tapped hole will not interfere with the rear fuel return lines.
