We will accept returns on unopened and uninstalled parts within 30 days of their delivery. Funds will be refunded in the same manner they were paid.  After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned goods.  If the parts have been installed, they will be returned at the staff’s discretion. Items that have been opened and/or removed from original packaging will be returned at the staffs discretion and subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The customer is to pay return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

Core Returns Policy

On items that require a core, either KDD brand or other brands, a good usable core is required.  Partially usable cores will be given partial credit as per each brand's policy (for example, KDD may offer a partial core credit for long block cores where the crank is not usable, but an injector supplier may give 0 credit for partially usable cores.).

Each customer is required to return their cores to KDD, must supply their own shipping label, and email KDD with the tracking information.

 

Custom Items:

All sales are final on custom order items. Items that are powder coated, machined to custom specs, non-stocking special order, etc cannot be returned. If an item has been damaged in shipping or is defective, please see our warranty policy.
