Shipping policy
We do not charge shipping on regular ground shipments to the continental United States for orders over $400.00 - unless the item is shipping to the customer direct from one of our vendor partners and that vendor partner charges shipping. This does not include items that exceed the ground shipping guidelines and will ship freight (i.e. engines, Cummins cylinder heads, and rotating assemblies). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally will be charged shipping at checkout.
Items Damaged in Shipping: Do not accept damaged packages. Refuse delivery and call for a replacement. IF your package is delivered when no one is available to inspect for damage, damage MUST be reported to UPS and KDD within 30 days of delivery of the package. After 30 days the receiver is liable for damaged items.
Items Missing from Order: All packages must be verified for accuracy upon receipt. Any missing items should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the package. After 30 days, the receiver is liable for missing items.
Expedited Shipping: Adding expedited shipping to an order will expedite the time it takes to travel from KDD to the customer. This will not change the processing time before it leaves KDD. For example, ordering pistons that are machined and coated requires additional processing time and hence they may not ship the same day, but when they ship, they will ship at the requested expedited timeframe.
Signature Required: Please note that we may require all cylinder heads, or any order over $1000 retail to be signed for at time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available for signature. Charges incurred for returned shipments and further shipping attempts will be incurred by the customer.
Freight: Freight shipments will be billed at a flat rate freight.
