Add performance and style to your next 7.3 Powerstroke build with the new Kill Devil Diesel fabricated aluminum oil pans.  

KDD"s exclusive performance aluminum oil pans eliminate the dreaded "dipstick fitting failure" that leads to leaks and frustrations...our oil pans have a conventional screw in fitting for accepting a dipstick (included).  Our pans also offer optional auxiliary turbo drains and pan heating element, another Kill Devil Diesel exclusive.  

If you own a 7.3 long enough odds are you’ll run into issues with the dreaded dipstick fitting, most experience a steady leak from the factory’s sub-par design, then when they attempt to fix the issue, the fitting falls in the pan and causes an even bigger headache.  Toss that leaking pan in the garbage where it belongs and upgrade to KDD’s aluminum pan, CNC machined billet flanges, laser cut body for consistent fitment and tig welded by hand right here in the USA.

These pans work with your existing pickup tube, and are stock capacity (15 quarts).  Help keep oil temp in check on those long summer road trips, or lap after lap at the track with aluminum's superior heat dissipation.  

Upgrade to our oil pan heater option to help ensure your engine has the oil at proper operating temperature at every single start-up, reducing engine wear and reducing injector stiction.  Pan heaters are a great option for competition engines too...don't waste valuable run time on your race engine waiting for the engine to warm up.  Pre-welded turbo drain bungs give you the option to add turbo drains later down the road.
