KDD 6.0 Powerstroke Top End Bundle
Head gasket trouble on a 6.0 almost always comes back to the same weak links, so we fix all of them in one box. This bundle pairs a set of KDD O-ringed cylinder heads, your choice of KDD cast iron or ICON 165 aluminum, with ARP head studs and a complete KDD top end gasket set.
What's in the box
- KDD O-ringed cylinder heads (pair): cast iron or ICON 165 aluminum
- ARP head studs: 2000 series (250-4202) or Custom Age 625 (250-4205)
- KDD complete top end gasket set, 18mm or 20mm dowel to match your block
Why .010" thicker head gaskets?
Every KDD top end gasket set comes with MLS head gaskets .010" thicker than stock, on purpose. The extra thickness improves sealing, makes up for heads and decks that have been resurfaced, and adds piston-to-valve clearance on an engine that runs it tight.
Choose your setup
- Heads: KDD cast iron O-ring heads, or ICON 165 aluminum O-ring heads, the only USA made aftermarket head for the 6.0
- Dowel: 18mm or 20mm, to match your block
- Studs: ARP 2000 for most street and towing builds, ARP 625 for high boost and competition
