KDD S1 Shortblock – Torque Series

Features:

• New Heavy Duty Upgraded Maxxforce Pistons: Designed to prevent the common cracking issues of factory 6.4 pistons.

• S1 Toque Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize stump-pulling low-end torque, and lower EGT's, KDD's USA made Gen2 lifters w/ increased oil flow to the top of the engine for improved rocker arm life
  

• Factory Ford Connecting Rods for OEM reliability.

• Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC bored/chamfered, square-decked, and CNC torque-plate honed for maximum durability and perfect ring seal.

Performance Specs:

• Conservatively rated for 500 HP—ideal for daily driving, frequent towing, and occasional spirited driving with mild upgrades (recommended for stock injector/turbo).

KDD S2+ Steel Piston Shortblock – Sportsman Series Plus

Features:

• KDD’s proprietary steel piston package, pioneered in 2020, using factory Ford 2020 6.7L steel pistons and custom USA-made Carrillo forged steel connecting rods for unmatched strength + Total Seal Gapless rings to eliminate blow-by and increase power and efficiency. 

• S2 Sportsman Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize performance from 1000-4000rpm, quicker spool up and lower EGT's - plus KDD's Gen2 HD USA made lifters which provide more oil to the top of the engine for improved rocker arm life

• Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC bored/chamfered, square-decked, and CNC torque-plate honed for perfect ring seal and maximum longevity.

Performance Specs:

• Rated at 1,000+ HP—ideal for daily driving, heavy towing, and mild track use with supporting modifications (stock to 60% over injectors, ideal for KC S2 drop-in VGT or moderate to large single turbo).

KDD S3+ Steel Piston Shortblock – Outlaw Series (Built for Competition)

Features:

• KDD proprietary steel piston package with factory Ford 2020 6.7L steel pistons and USA-made Carrillo forged steel connecting rods + Total Seal Gapless rings to eliminate blow-by and increase power and efficiency. 

• ARP 2000 Series main studs to keep the bedplate/main caps secured under extreme load.

• Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC bored/chamfered, square-decked, and CNC torque-plate honed for perfect ring seal and maximum durability.

• NOTE - S2 camshaft standard (S3 camshaft will require .120" valve recession in the cylinder heads to work with steel pistons)

Performance Specs:

• Rated to handle 1,500+ HP—ready for nitrous, compound turbos, and repeat track passes.

• Track use recommended; not ideal for towing. Best for large single or compound turbo setups with heavy fueling.
