Level 1 – Torque Series

KDD Fully Machined O-ringed Cylinder Heads: O-ringed for better sealing, loaded with USA-made valves and HD upgraded springs, and modern Cometic MLX cylinder head gaskets.

P1 or ARP Head Studs: American made with increased clamping force to prevent blown head gaskets under towing stress or high performance conditions.

CNC Blueprint Machining: Every critical surface machined in-house for perfect geometry - Bore, deck, torque plate honed, line hone—balanced rotating assembly for years of smooth operation.

New Pistons, Rings, Rod & Main Bearings, Gaskets: All sourced from Tier 1 OEM suppliers.
- USA-Made Valvetrain: New chromoly pushrods, lifters, and KDD's S1 Torque Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize low-end torque and lower EGTs. KDD's Gen2 HD lifters. KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions.
- KDD utilizes factory forged connecting rods in all of our Level 1 - 7.3 packages to eliminate fears of powdered metal rod failures.
