Level 1 – Torque Series

Features:

• KDD Fully Machined O-ringed Cylinder Heads: O-ringed for better sealing, loaded with USA-made valves and HD upgraded springs, and modern Cometic MLX cylinder head gaskets.

• P1 or ARP Head Studs: American made with increased clamping force to prevent blown head gaskets under towing stress or high performance conditions.

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Every critical surface machined in-house for perfect geometry -  Bore, deck, torque plate honed, line hone—balanced rotating assembly for years of smooth operation. 

• New Pistons, Rings, Rod & Main Bearings, Gaskets: All sourced from Tier 1 OEM suppliers.

• USA-Made Valvetrain: New chromoly pushrods, lifters, and KDD's S1 Torque Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize low-end torque and lower EGTs.  KDD's Gen2 HD lifters. KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions. 
• KDD utilizes factory forged connecting rods in all of our Level 1 - 7.3 packages to eliminate fears of powdered metal rod failures.  

Performance Specs:

• Rated for up to 400 HP, ideal for daily use, towing, and mild tuning (stock injectors and turbo-friendly)

• 3-Year Unlimited Mile Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Level 2 – Sportsman Series

Features:

• KDD Fully Machined O-ringed Cylinder Heads: O-ringed for better sealing, loaded with USA-made valves and HD upgraded springs, and modern Cometic MLX cylinder head gaskets.  (ask about upgrading to our Delta Series CNC ported cylinder heads)

• P1 or ARP Head Studs: American made with increased clamping strength for performance applications.

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Every critical surface machined in-house for perfect geometry -  Bore, deck, torque plate honed, line hone—balanced rotating assembly for years of smooth operation. 
  

• S2 Camshaft: Performance profile optimized for responsiveness and improved airflow, still perfectly capable of heavy towing, and quick spool up, good road manors. Chromoly Pushrods & KDD's Gen2 HD Lifters: Strength where it counts, built to last. KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions. 

• KDD Coated pistons to protect the piston from high EGT's associated with larger turbo and injectors, Total Seal gapless rings to virtually eliminate blow-by.  

• Brian Crower forged connecting rods to handle high boost and high RPM associated with larger turbo/injectors.  

• KDD main girdle and main studs to reinforce the rotating assembly

Performance Specs:

• Rated for up to 650 HP—ideal for moderate towing, daily driving, and spirited performance with supporting upgrades (injectors up to 238cc, turbo up to S366 or similar)

• 3-Year Unlimited Mile Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Level 3 – Outlaw Series

Features:

• KDD Delta Series CNC Ported, O-Ringed Cylinder Heads, loaded with our Competition Beehive valve springs, hardened seats, and oversized valves for unmatched airflow!

• P1 or ARP head studs-  American made clamping power,  keeps everything locked in at extreme power levels combined with modern Cometic MLX head gaskets

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Every clearance, surface, and spec dialed in for big boost and big horsepower.

• CP/Carrillo Forged Connecting Rods

• KDD valve relieved and delipped pistons, coated to protect the piston from high EGT's associated with larger turbo and injectors, Total Seal gapless rings to virtually eliminate blow-by.  

• KDD S3 Billet Camshaft: Race-proven profile built for mid to high rpm, big injectors, and big turbo (KC s3 or S400 turbos).  KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions. 

• KDD Billet main girdle and main studs to keep the rotating assembly secured under high cylinder pressure and high RPM

Performance Specs:

• Rated for 750+ HP—built for big singles or compound turbos, and/or nitrous (not ideal for towing)

• Proven platform for competition trucks, sled pullers, and track builds

• 3-Year Unlimited Mile Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

• Ask about upgrading to a Hypermax bedplate for competition use.
