Kill Devil Diesel is proud to offer our 100% new 6.7 Powerstroke cylinder heads. We start off with brand new Genuine Ford cylinder heads. We then perform all final machine work in house - including o-ring, geometry blueprinting (ensuring the valve recession, valve tip height, valve seat profile, surface finish etc is machined in spec) then assemble by hand right here in our NC facility. We offer CNC porting, as well as Nitrided Inconel valves and USA made Beehive springs.
