"Some assembly required" - this is a great package for those wanting the same great quality KDD parts we use in our engines, machined and tested for fitment, in a package that lets the end user assemble themselves.  

Kit includes: 

Machined and prepped engine block ready for assembly.  Includes new freeze plugs, cam bearings installed, threaded oil galley holes.  

Crankshaft - precision balanced and polished, matched and fitted to rod and main bearings to ensure proper clearance.

KDD O-ringed cylinder heads  (Stg 1 80psi springs included in price, stg 2 and 3 springs available as upgrades)

Kit Includes complete Mahle Complete gasket set, Genuine Ford available as an option.  

 Note - due to the top ring placement of the factory 2020 steel pistons, valve reliefs to accommodate stage 3 and larger camshafts aren't an option with this rotating assembly package.  For customers requiring stage 3 and larger camshafts for operating the engine above 5k rpm, contact us about our maxxforce pistons, or our forged aluminum pistons.
