Level 1 – Torque Series

Features:

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Bore, torque plate hone, deck, and line hone performed in-house to exact blueprint specs, ensuring long-term durability.

• Balanced Rotating Assembly: For smooth operation and reduced wear.

• New Pistons, Rings, Rod & Main Bearings: All sourced from Tier 1 OEM suppliers.

• Factory Forged Connecting Rods: Eliminates the risk of powdered metal rod failures.

• USA-Made Valvetrain Components:  New KDD Gen2 HD lifters, and a torque-optimized camshaft designed for low-end power and long life. KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions.

Level 2 – Sportsman Series

Features:

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Precision bore, torque plate hone, deck, and line hone for perfect geometry.

• Balanced Rotating Assembly: Designed to handle higher cylinder pressures and RPM.

• KDD Coated Pistons: Thermal barrier and skirt coatings protect against high EGTs from larger turbo/injector setups.

• Total Seal Gapless Rings: Virtually eliminate blow-by for better efficiency and oil control.

• Brian Crower Forged Connecting Rods: Built for high boost and higher RPM limits.

• KDD Main Girdle & Main Studs: Reinforces the bottom end for strength under load.

• S2 Performance Camshaft: Optimized for responsiveness, towing capability, and quick spool-up.  KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions.

• USA-Made KDD Gen2 HD Lifters: Strength and longevity where it matters most.

• Rated for up to 650 HP — ideal for daily driving, spirited use, and moderate towing with supporting upgrades (injectors up to 238cc, turbo up to S366 or similar).

Level 3 – Outlaw Series

Features:

• CNC Blueprint Machining: Every clearance, surface, and spec dialed in for extreme boost and power.

• CP/Carillo USA Made Forged Connecting Rods, Valve-Relieved & Delipped Coated Pistons: With Total Seal gapless rings for maximum sealing and high-heat resistance.

• KDD Billet S3 Camshaft: Race-proven profile designed for mid-to-high RPM, big injectors, and large single or compound turbos, nitrous.  KDD Tig welds the camshaft to the gear on every engine, to prevent the gear from walking off the camshaft causing cam sensor malfunctions. 

• KDD Billet Main Girdle & Main Studs: Keeps the rotating assembly locked down under extreme pressure and high RPM.

• Optional Hypermax Bedplate Upgrade: Available for dedicated competition builds over 1,000hp.

Performance Specs:

• Rated for 750+ HP — perfect for big singles, compounds, and/or nitrous (not recommended for towing).

• Proven platform for Hot Street Trucks, competition trucks, sled pullers, and track builds.
