BD Diesel Exhaust Manifolds - 7.3 Powerstroke
BD's 7.3 manifolds are a direct replacement for the factory Ford manifolds with a cast iron wall 37.5% thicker than stock and solid mounting lugs that run all the way to the cylinder head, so they resist cracking and warping through heat cycles. BD rates them at a 14% flow increase over stock. Buy the complete kit or replace just the side that's cracked.
