Kill Devil Diesel is proud to offer our 100% new 6.7 Powerstroke cylinder heads, with custom CNC porting to provide maximum airflow for increased performance!!.  We start off with brand new Genuine Ford cylinder heads.  We then perform all final machine work in house - including o-ring, geometry blueprinting (ensuring the valve recession, valve tip height, valve seat profile, are all within our stringent tolerances).  All cylinder heads are assembled by hand right here in our NC facility.  These heads come standard with inconel valves and performance valve springs.  Ask about our Jesel rocker and lifter packages for competition applications!!
