  • Riff Raff Stainless steel injector cups installed standard — eliminates brass cup failures

  • Stainless nitrided valves, heavy-duty valve guides and seats - standard

  • Competition-grade beehive valve springs for improved stability and durability

  • Designed for bolt-on compatibility with factory or most aftermarket intake and exhaust manifolds

  • All heads come O-ringed, standard - works with factory or Cometic style gaskets.  Fire Rings Available upon request (note-fire rings require special install instructions and require multiple hot retorques.  The standard O-rings have been proven to 800+ hp and don't require any special installation or hot retorquing of the head studs).

Kill Devil Diesel’s Delta Series CNC Ported Cylinder Heads bring modern airflow engineering to the classic 7.3L Power Stroke delivering massive gains in performance, drivability, and reliability while retaining OEM casting integrity and factory fitment.

We started with genuine Ford castings and applied the same proven engineering approach behind our industry-leading ICON Series heads. Every port profile was developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), refined on our SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench, and validated with DynoJet 224XLC testing. The result is a clean-sheet port design inspired by the high-swirl, high-efficiency architecture found in modern diesels like the 6.7L Power Stroke and 6.7L Cummins.

Named in honor of the elite U.S. Army Delta Force, this series reflects the same values that define those operators: precision, discipline, and reliability under extreme conditions. While our mission is vastly different from theirs, the standard they represent is one we deeply respect and strive to reflect in our craft, we aim to bring that same level of intentionality and execution to everything we machine.
