Kill Devil Diesel is proud to present our CNC ported 7.3 Ford Powerstroke cylinder heads, machined on state of the art CNC equipment to deliver top shelf performance. Dyno and track proven performance gains, and tough enough to handle the rigors of heavy duty towing and daily driving - these heads are sure to breath new life into your 7.3 Powerstroke!
KDD performs all machine work in house on state of the art equipment. These heads receive all new hardened valve seat inserts, and iron matrix valve guides, as well as all new USA made valves and springs. We also install Stainless Steel injector cups, standard - to prevent the common factory style brass cup failures. After being carefully qualified to ensure only the best quality castings are used (magnetic particle inspection for cracks, pressure tested for leaks, treated in our rust removal process, all threads and gasket surfaces are inspected) KDD 7.3 heads are then treated to a 5 axis porting process, plus a competition-grade, high flow valve seat profile. Heads come standard with new valves and springs, with optional 21-4N stainless nitrided valves available for added durability in the most demanding applications.

KDD's port design philosophy was established during development of our game-changing ICON series 6.0 and 6.4 powerstroke heads, we've now taken that same technology and retrofitted into the 7.3 heads - producing industry leading flow, while maximizing in-cylinder mixture motion - by not destroying cylinder swirl. KDD's port technology was developed through state of the art CFD testing, as well as our SuperFlow SF1020 flow bench, in house DynoJet 223XLC chassis dyno, and countless hours at the drag strip, sled pulling track, through our cumulative decades in the performance industry.
