We're proud to present our 6.7 Powerstroke Longblocks! We start with a 100% brand new block from Ford, we perform our final machine work, torque plate hone, H-series main bearings, blueprint decked, line honed mains, ready to become the foundation to your power plant.  We then add a new genuine Ford crankshaft, we precision tig weld the crank gear in place, to prevent the gear from slipping under heavy loads.  All rotating assemblies get balanced to ISO standard in our CWT balancing machine.

 The beauty of this engine configuration is that it allows 11-19 6.7 owners to retrofit a 2020 short block into their earlier trucks.  

Level 1 - Stock Plus Builds feature a 400-600hp ready longblock, with 2020 Stock Rods and a KDD Stage 1 Billet Camshaft. This build will also feature stock main caps and main bolts, ARP 2000 Series Head Studs a stock spring setup on the o-ringed cylinder heads, stock rockers, KDD Chromoly Pushrods, stock lifters, and complete gasket set. 

Level 2 - Performance Builds feature a 400-1000hp ready longblock with 2020 Stock Rods and a KDD Stage 2 Billet Camshaft. These will also feature stock main caps, ARP Main Studs, KDD Girdle, ARP 2000 Series Head Studs, performance spring setup on the o-ringed cylinder heads, stock rockers, KDD Chromoly Pushrods, stock lifters, and complete gasket set. 

You have the option for both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Build to upgrade to Carrillo or Wagler Rods for added strength!

Level 3 - Competition Builds feature a 1000+hp ready longblock, with your choice of Carillo or Wagler rods and a KDD Stage 2 Billet Camshaft! This build will also features Billet Main Caps, ARP Main Studs, KDD Girdle, ARP 625 Series Studs, CNC Ported and O-ringed Cylinder Heads with 120lb springs, stock rocker system, KDD Chromoly Pushrods, lifters, and a complete gasket set.


    Don't forget to ask about our optional "Ready to Run" Complete engine packages with stock 2015+ Ford turbos or KC Turbo's drop in units, as well complete 2015+ CP4 fuel pump and injectors, or S&S performance injectors.  


    Injectors/Turbos:
    We don't recommend running larger injectors with stock connecting rods.  Stock 2015+ turbo retrofit kits are available, or drop in KC turbo kits are available, as well as MPD T4 kits.  With Wagler or Carillo Rods, we recommend up to 100% over injectors, which will support well over 1000 hp with proper care and maintenance and responsible driving.
