KC Turbos Upgraded Exhaust Manifolds - 7.3 Powerstroke

Factory 7.3 manifolds crack and warp with age, which leads to broken studs, blown gaskets and exhaust leaks that cost you drive pressure to the turbo. The KC Turbos upgraded manifolds are a bolt-on replacement with thicker castings and flanges, high-silicon molybdenum iron and port-matched runners that KC rates at over 20% more flow than stock.

Features

• Direct bolt-on, no modifications required
• High-silicon molybdenum (High-SiMo) cast iron to resist warping and cracking
• Increased casting and mounting flange thickness
• Enlarged, fully machined sealing surface to minimize hot spots
• Port-matched runner entries and enlarged internal flow path (over 20% more flow than stock, per KC Turbos)
• Re-engineered up-pipe mounting face for better alignment and clamping under load
• Integrated EGT probe port and factory EBP tube port, each shipped with an NPT plug installed

Fitment

• 1994-1998 OBS 7.3 Powerstroke pickups - KC 302873
• Early 1999 7.3 Powerstroke pickups - KC 302875
• 1999.5-2003 (L99) 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty pickups - KC 302874
• Not designed to fit van applications

What's Included
