S1 Longblock – Torque Series
Features:
- KDD HD Cast Iron O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: Equipped with 100lb heavy duty valve springs and stainless nitrided valves for unmatched durability
- USA Made P1 or ARP Head Studs (250-4202): Locks down your heads under serious pressure.
- Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: Full bore, deck, torque plate hone, and align honing for ultimate durability.
- New Pistons, Rings, Bearings and Gaskets from tier 1 factory supplier, factory ford connecting rods.
- USA made valvetrain - S1 Toque Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize stump-pulling low-end torque, and lower EGT's, plus KDD's USA made Gen2 HD Lifters, eliminating the troublesome factory lifters
Performance Specs:
- Conservatively Rated for 500 HP, ideal for daily driving, frequent towing, and occasional spirited driving with mild upgrades (recommended for stock injector/turbo)
S2 Longblock - Sportsman Series

- KDD Aluminum ICON Series O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: With (Stage 2 - 100 psi) valve springs.
- P1 Heavy Duty or ARP 625 Series Custom Age Head Studs: Maximum clamping load for high boost/high horsepower applications
- Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: Full bore, deck, torque plate hone, and align honing for ultimate durability.
- KDD Coated Pistons: Built to handle higher EGT's and take the abuse of larger turbo/injectors.
- Total Seal Piston Rings to virtually eliminate blowby, adding power and efficiency
- USA made valvetrain - S2 Sportsman Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize performance from 1000-4000rpm, quicker spool up and lower EGT's - plus KDD's Gen2 HD USA made lifters and chromoly pushrods.
Performance Specs:
- Rated at 650 HP—ideal for daily driving, moderate towing, and spirited driving. Recommended for use with supporting modifications such as KC s2 or s3 turbo, Odawg intake manifold and up to 205/30 injectors.
