KDD S1 Longblock – Torque Series
Features:
- KDD HD Cast Iron O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: Equipped with our HD/Performance 100lb Valve Springs and stainless nitrided valves for unmatched durability
- USA Made P1 or ARP Head Studs: Prevents leaking head gaskets even under the most demanding conditions
- New HD Upgraded Pistons to prevent cracking, plus Rings, Bearings and Gaskets from tier 1 factory supplier, factory ford connecting rods.
- USA made valvetrain - S1 Toque Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize stump-pulling low-end torque, and lower EGT's, KDD's USA made Gen2 lifters w/ increased oil flow to the top of the engine, and chromoly pushrods. Updated Genuine Ford Rockers with increased oiling over original factory 6.4 rockers.
- Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC Bored/Chamfered and Square Decked, CNC torque plate honed to ensure maximum durability and proper ring seal.

- Conservatively Rated for 500 HP, ideal for daily driving, frequent towing, and occasional spirited driving with mild upgrades (recommended for stock injector/turbo)

- KDD's proprietary steel piston package, including our custom CP Carrillo Rods + Total Seal Gapless rings to eliminate blow-by and increase power and efficiency.
- USA made valvetrain - S2 Sportsman Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize performance from 1000-4000rpm, quicker spool up and lower EGT's - plus KDD's Gen2 HD USA made lifters and chromoly pushrods. Updated Genuine Ford Rockers with increased oiling

- KDD CNC Ported Aluminum ICON Series O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: Featuring 100lb HD Performance valve springs and Nitro-Black stainless steel valves.
- USA Made P1 or ARP 2000 series head studs to prevent head gasket failure + ARP main studs to keep the bedplate/main caps secured under extreme conditions
- KDD's proprietary steel piston package, including our custom CP Carrillo Rods, forged in the USA + Total Seal Gapless rings to eliminate blow-by and increase power and efficiency.
- S2 Billet Camshaft: Built for maximum power output while retaining drivability. (Upgrade to S3 camshaft optional, will require additional 0.120" valve recession to the cylinder heads)
- KDD's exclusive Jesel Valvetrain System - Forged steel, shaft mounted adjustable roller rockers + Jesel's DLC coated solid roller lifters for the ultimate high performance valvetrain. Tough enough for the track, dependable enough for the street.
