When pushing the limits of the 6.0L and 6.4L Powerstroke platform, the factory crank flange hardware becomes a known weak point. On high horsepower builds, fretting and movement between the rear crank hub, crankshaft, and flexplate or flywheel can lead to serious failures.

Engineered to Solve a Real Problem
Unlike traditional bolt kits, this system converts the fastener into a mechanical locating feature. Each stud is designed with a precision shoulder that acts as a dowel pin, positively locating and locking the rear crank hub in place.
No movement. No fretting. No compromises.
In the past, we addressed this issue by machining the crankshaft and adding dowel pins. While effective, it added cost and complexity, and in extreme horsepower applications, even dowel pins could fail.
This kit replaces that approach entirely.
