Features:

  • KDD Aluminum ICON Series O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: With our HD/Performance 100lb valve springs, perfect for higher boost and back pressure with upgraded turbos and injectors.
  • American Made P1 or ARP Head Studs to eliminate leaking head gaskets
  • KDD's proprietary steel piston package, including our custom CP Carrillo Rods  
  • USA made valvetrain - S2 Sportsman Series Camshaft: Engineered to maximize performance from 1000-4000rpm, quicker spool up and lower EGT's - plus KDD's Gen2 HD USA made lifters and chromoly pushrods. 

- Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC Bored/Chamfered and Square Decked, CNC torque plate honed to ensure maximum durability and proper ring seal.

Performance Specs:
- Rated at 1000+ HP—ideal for daily driving, heavy towing, mild track use with supporting modifications (Stock to 60% over injectors, ideal for KC S2 drop in VGT or moderate to large single turbo)

S3+ Steel Piston Longblock – Outlaw Series - Built for Competition
Features:

- KDD CNC Ported Aluminum ICON Series O-Ringed Cylinder Heads: Featuring 100lb HD Performance valve springs and Nitro-Black stainless steel valves.

- P1 or ARP head studs to prevent head gasket failure + main studs to keep the bedplate/main caps secured under extreme conditions

- KDD's proprietary steel piston package, including our custom CP Carrillo Rods, forged in the USA.  

- S2 Billet Camshaft: Built for maximum power output while retaining drivability.   (Upgrade to S3 camshaft optional, will require additional 0.120" valve recession to the cylinder heads)

- KDD's exclusive Jesel Valvetrain System - Forged steel, shaft mounted adjustable roller rockers + Jesel's DLC coated solid roller lifters for the ultimate high performance valvetrain. Tough enough for the track, dependable enough for the street.  

- Precision CNC Blueprint Machining: CNC Bored/Chamfered and Square Decked, CNC torque plate honed to ensure maximum durability and proper ring seal.

Performance Specs:
- Rated to handle 1,500+HP/6000RPM, S3 camshaft and CNC ported heads make this package ideally suited for higher RPM, competition level, ready for nitrous, compound turbos, and repeat track passes. 
- Track Use Recommended: Not ideal for towing; recommended for 72mm or larger single turbos, compound turbos and nitrous.
